NANCY LAREAU is a Teacher in our Butterfly Room. She lives in Westborough with her husband Richard and has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Nancy received her teacher certification through Wheelock College and is Lead Teacher licensed through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Nancy taught remedial reading in the Boston Public schools before coming to The Methodist Preschool. In her free time, she enjoys photography, music, kayaking, bird watching, visiting Cape Cod, and spending time with family. She looks forward to sharing her love of science and theater with the children. She has taught at MPS for over 25+ years.
MELISSA TOOHEY is a Teacher in our Bunny room. She lives in South Grafton with her husband, Dan, and their two children, Emma and Dean, and Bella, the family dog. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She also has a Lead Teacher license through the EEC. Melissa has been working with children in an educational setting for 13 years. A few of her favorite activities are reading to her children, walking Bella, and spending time with her family and friends.
TINA GRADY is a Teacher in our Monkey Room. She lives in Hopkinton, MA with her husband and 2 children, Mikayla and Liam. Tina was a Preschool Special Education teacher in Hopkinton and has worked as a Kindergarten teacher also. She earned her M.Ed from Boston College. Tina teaches Musical Theater classes for young children in Hopkinton. She has extensive experience working creatively with young children in all areas of artistic expression, from media art to the performing arts. Mrs. Grady also teaches the MPS Music & Movement Program.
Liana Hadi is an Assistant Teacher in our Butterfly Class. She lives in Westborough with her husband Budi and their two girls, Michelle and Scarlett. Liana received a Medical Doctor from Trisakti University, Jakarta, and also has her Master's in Music Therapy from Monclair State University. She taught music in Yamaha Music School with young children before working as a piano teacher. Liana loves spending time with her family and having fun with her friends.
PATTY CARUSO is a Teacher in our Monkey Room, and has taught and directed at MPS for over 13 years. She currently resides in Uxbridge, MA with her husband Steve and dog Sunny. Her eldest son, Ryan, lives in Brooklyn. Her youngest son, Anthony, recently graduated from UNH. Patty graduated from Worcester State College and has worked with children for over 20 years. She holds Director II licensure through the EEC. She enjoys creating jewelry, running, walking her dog, and spending as much time as possible with her family.
NANETTE BREADY is a Teacher in our Butterfly Room. She resides in Westborough. Nanette holds a BFA in Art Education from UMass Amherst. She is Lead Teacher licensed through the EEC. Nanette was also an Elementary Art Teacher in Southbridge, MA. Her favorite hobbies including painting, drawing, line dancing, skiing, gardening, and sewing various crafts. Mrs. Bready brings so much creativity and energy to her classroom. She as been a teacher at MPS for 25+ years.
JENNIFER CONNELLY is an Assistant Teacher in our Monkey Room. She lives in Westborough with her 2 daughters - Emma & Samantha, as well as their adorable dog, Penny. Jennifer holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts. She enjoys spending time at Cape Cod with her family, skiing, and just hanging out having fun with her kids.
ELISABETH CONNORS is an Assistant Teacher in our Little Bunnies & Butterfly Rooms. She lives in Southboro with her husband Chris and their two boys Jack & Colin. Liz is an experienced Assistant Preschool teacher having taught in Southboro since 2009. She obtained her B.S. from Roanoke College. Liz loves to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys swimming, biking and being at the beach on Cape Cod.
NOEL DESMOND is a Teacher in our Bunny and Monkey rooms. She resides in Westborough with her husband Steve and their three girls - Emily, Grace and Julia. She is originally from Connecticut and has lived in a variety of places including upstate New York, Cardiff, Wales and now Massachusetts. Noel holds a B.A. from Colgate University and also has her Master's Degree in Education from Harvard University. She is Lead Teacher licensed though the EEC. A few of her favorite activities are to bake and decorate cookies, and to travel.

LAURA LINABURY is the Director of The Methodist Preschool. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Plymouth State University and a Masters degree (M.Ed) in Early Childhood Education from Fitchburg State University. Her licensures include Massachusetts D.E.S.E Early Childhood PreK-2 With & Without Disabilities, Elementary Grades 1-6, as well as Director II and Lead Teacher Licenses through the Department of Early Education & Care (EEC). She has over 18 years of experience teaching and directing young children. She enjoys interacting with students and parents and in particular, loves early childhood literature and art. Laura enjoys spending time with her husband Dave, their 6 children as well as 7 cats and 2 dogs!!!!!

We require all of our lead teachers to be certified
by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education & Care.
