Policy Reminders as Acknowledged at the time of Registration:

 - MPS is a school year program (Sept to June) as we ask families to commit to attend for the school year. Please refer to our school calendar.

 - MPS requires a 30-day notice, in writing, for withdrawal. You will be responsible for tuition 30 days after the withdrawal form has been received.

 

- Tuition is due as stated 5/1, 9/1, 11/1, 1/1, 3/1 (a $10 late fee will be applied weekly after a 5 day grace period)

 - If payment has not been received 1 month after the due date, your child will not be able to attend until payment is made.
